Delivery time
Orders placed and paid for are handed over for shipping within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated on the website. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received and the order has been shipped.

Returns
At minimonkey, our motto is ‘satisfied or your money back’. Upon receipt, if you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us directly by mail (info@minimonkey.com). Returns are accepted within two weeks of receipt and in original packaging. Upon receipt of your returned item you will be refunded the purchase price (minus delivery costs) for the item.

The item cannot be returned if:
– the item has been washed;
– the item has been used;
– a repair has been attempted; and/or
– the packaging (including labels) for the item is damaged

    Ich habe vor knapp einem Jahr eure Minimonkey Mini Sling gekauft und seither liebe ich diese Trage unendlich. Ich bin eigentlich Team Tragetuch und war mit schon immer sicher, dass ich keine herkömmlichen Trage oder sonstige Tragehilfe haben mag. Aber diese kleine Trage ist ja der absolute Hammer, sie ist einfach perfekt, komplett durchdacht mit dem Sicherungsbändchen für den Fuß, die zusätzliche Schnalle um den Kopf zu stabilisieren und auch die kleine Tasche um alles einzupacken. Ganz zu schweigen von dem tollen Material das ihr da verwendet habt. Ein ganz ganz großes Lob an euch. Ich habe die Trage schon so oft weiter empfohlen und nur positive Rückmeldung erhalten. Auch im Schwimmbad oder auf der Straße haben mich schon viele angesprochen was denn das für eine tolle Trage ist.

    I ordered the twin sling from minimonkey as it was the best I could find from my research. It has excellent reviews, and I was really happy and pleased to hear it could be shipped to the UK (price quoted was euros). I had a spot of bother with the delivery, but could not have been more supported when I contacted customer services and the blip was quickly resolved. Would not hesitate to recommend and am so pleased with the product.

    Absolutely by far, 10/10 not only the best baby carrier I’ve ever encountered (I’ve used heaps!), it is just above and beyond. It was the difference between being able to travel with a baby and toddler by myself, and struggling! Why? Because: 1 - You can put it on while holding the baby. No human origami or stuffing around with straps while baby is screaming on the floor 2 - takes 10 seconds to put on 3 - the ONLY carrier I can use in 35 degrees plus Australian weather. I wet bubba’s head, and her back/the mesh in her carrier and we are good. She would cook in any other carrier. There you go. I use this every day and could NOT do without it

    This has been a great carrier for our twins. We have twins and a toddler, and this was the only way I could grocery shop. I think the only drawback, at least for my babies, was that they couldn't fall asleep in the carrier; and there was a finite amount of time that they could comfortably be worn since they have to hold themselves up a bit. But I have loved wearing them, and was able to get them in and out of the carrier by myself (which was key for our needs).

    Dear Minimonkey, By chance, I came across your website because we needed a baby carrier for our vacation, and we didn’t want any hassle or complicated wrap carriers. After reading many reviews, we decided to buy the Mini Sling for our 6-month-old son. LIFE SAVER!!! What an amazing carrier!     Unser erster Urlaub am Meer und ich Frage mich welche Tragehilfen müssen mit. Schnell war klar, der Mini Monkey sling darf nicht fehlen. Er ist zu Hause schon oft im Einsatz, also muss er auch mit in den Urlaub. Vorteile dieser Trage sind meiner Meinung nach, dass super kleine Packmaß, die vielfältige Einsatzmöglichkeiten und der super leichte und luftdurchlässige Stoff. Auch ist die Trage super fürs Wasser geeignet, da sie genau wegen dieses Stoffes schnell wieder trocken ist. Für uns eine tolle Bereicherung im Urlaub
