Delivery costs

Delivery costs NL
For orders up till €30,- we calculate a fixed amount of €4,95 for the delivery costs. Orders of more than €30,- are shipped free of charge.

Delivery costs EU + UK
For orders that need to be delivered in Europe (except for the NL), we charge €9,50 for the delivery costs. However, for orders over €170, we cover these delivery costs — so shipping is free for the customer.

Delivery costs outside EU
We charge a standard international shipping fee of €25. However, for orders over €170, we cover this shipping cost — so shipping is free for the customer.

Please note: When shipping to non-EU destinations, it’s possible that the customer will need to pay additional import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival. These costs vary by country and product and are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping company will handle the collection of these charges.

Delivery time
Orders placed and paid for before 14:00 (CET) are released for delivery on the same day (working day), provided no exceptions are described on the website. You will receive an order confirmation as soon as the payment has been received and the order is send out.

Expected delivery time:
Netherlands: 1 – 2 working days
Belgium: 3 – 4 working days
Rest of Europe: 1-2 weeks
Outside Europa: 1-2 weeks
Usually our delivery partners succeed in delivering the goods in time. This is not always the case and unfortunately outside our control.

The processing of payments via bank transfer (and direct debit for NL clients) take a few days. If you want your order processed immediately then we advise you to pay by Credit Card (or Ideal for NL clients).

Returns
At Minimonkey, our motto is: “Satisfied or your money back.”
If you’re not satisfied with your order upon receipt, please contact us directly by email (info@minimonkey.com) to receive return instructions. Returns are accepted within two weeks of delivery and must be in their original packaging.

Once we’ve received your return, we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs).

Please note, items cannot be returned if:
– they have been washed;
– they have been used;
– a repair has been attempted; and/or
– the packaging (including labels) is damaged.

Important:
If you’re returning an item from outside the EU, import duties, taxes or VAT may be charged upon arrival if our return instructions are not followed.
Please ensure you follow these instructions carefully — we are unable to accept parcels with unpaid fees.
