The Clip-On Carrier is a versatile baby carrier that can be used in three different ways:

✅ As a single front carrier:
On its own, the Clip-On Carrier functions as a full-featured baby carrier that can be used for both front and back carrying. It comes with its own set of shoulder straps and waistband, making it a complete and comfortable solution for carrying one child.

✅ As a single back carrier:
Like the Minimonkey Baby Carrier, the Clip-On Carrier can also be used on your back once your baby is able to sit independently.

✅ As a tandem solution:
The Clip-On Carrier can also be used in combination with another Minimonkey Carrier (the Baby Carrier  or the Toddler Carrier), allowing you to carry two children at the same time – one on your front and one on your back.

Tandem Carrier

If you have a Minimonkey Baby or Toddler Carrier,, you can combine it with the Clip-on Carrier for tandem carrying.

How does it work?
Simply remove the Clip-on Carrier’s shoulder straps and use the included connectors to attach it to the shoulder straps of the Baby Carrier or Toddler Carrier worn on your back. Both carriers will still use their own waistbands, which you wear layered over each other.

This setup allows you to comfortably carry two children at once, while evenly distributing their weight across your body.

What’s the Difference?

Both the Minimonkey Baby Carrier and the Clip-on Carrier are designed to offer a lightweight, breathable, and ergonomic solution for carrying your baby – from newborn to toddler.

They share many great features:

✌️ Clip-on Carrier – Has removable shoulder straps, which allows you to use this carrier as a front carrier in a tandem carry setup (e.g. in combination with the Minimonkey Baby Carrier or Toddler Carrier). This version uses regular clip buckles instead of magnetic ones.

Which one to choose?
If you’re after ultimate ease of use: go for the Baby Carrier with magnetic buckles.
If you’re planning to do tandem carries: the Clip-on Carrier is the more versatile option.

    I ordered the twin sling from minimonkey as it was the best I could find from my research. It has excellent reviews, and I was really happy and pleased to hear it could be shipped to the UK (price quoted was euros). I had a spot of bother with the delivery, but could not have been more supported when I contacted customer services and the blip was quickly resolved.     Absolutely by far, 10/10 not only the best baby carrier I’ve ever encountered (I’ve used heaps!), it is just above and beyond. It was the difference between being able to travel with a baby and toddler by myself, and struggling! Why? Because: 1 - You can put it on while holding the baby. No human origami or stuffing around with straps while baby is screaming on the floor 2 - takes 10 seconds to put on 3 - the ONLY carrier I can use in 35 degrees plus Australian weather. I wet bubba’s head, and her back/the mesh in her carrier and we are good. She would cook in any other carrier. There you go. I use this every day and could NOT do without it

    This has been a great carrier for our twins. We have twins and a toddler, and this was the only way I could grocery shop. I think the only drawback, at least for my babies, was that they couldn't fall asleep in the carrier; and there was a finite amount of time that they could comfortably be worn since they have to hold themselves up a bit. But I have loved wearing them, and was able to get them in and out of the carrier by myself (which was key for our needs).

    Dear Minimonkey, By chance, I came across your website because we needed a baby carrier for our vacation, and we didn’t want any hassle or complicated wrap carriers.     Unser erster Urlaub am Meer und ich Frage mich welche Tragehilfen müssen mit. Schnell war klar, der Mini Monkey sling darf nicht fehlen. Er ist zu Hause schon oft im Einsatz, also muss er auch mit in den Urlaub. Vorteile dieser Trage sind meiner Meinung nach, dass super kleine Packmaß, die vielfältige Einsatzmöglichkeiten und der super leichte und luftdurchlässige Stoff. Auch ist die Trage super fürs Wasser geeignet, da sie genau wegen dieses Stoffes schnell wieder trocken ist. Für uns eine tolle Bereicherung im Urlaub

    Almost out of Mini Slings again, ordering third time in few month ?. Big thanks, Margot, for inventing such a great product, I´m not very big fan of carriers because they all seem so heavy, warm, complicated etc but this one is all opposite and it's also for affordable price. Quite few customers who usually do not use carriers have bought it and said also that it is just super carrier?.
